The Deputy Chairman of All Progressive Congress in Osun State, Hon Tajudeen Eniafe Lawal, has congratulated the newly elected National Secretary of the All Progressive Congress, Senator Iyiola Omisore and Chief Ayo Afolabi, the Zonal Publicity Secretary of the Party.
This is contained in a congratulatory statement issued by him and made available to the newsmen in Osogbo, the state capital, described the newly elected party officials as a great ambassador of the state who has paid their dues in the progressive party.
The APC Chieftain expressed confidence in the ability of the duo to deliver and contribute to the growth of the party through their new position.
According to him, "Senator Iyiola Omisore would bring his wealth of experience to bear in the administration and management of the party's affairs, I believe he will deploy his political sagacity, leadership qualities and experience which he acquired in public and private sectors, towards building a virile and healthy party at the centre.
"The peaceful atmosphere and the seamless conduct of the convention is a testimony to the strong unity that exists in our party. It is an attestation to the fact that we have our ways of resolving issues without necessary resorting to conflict.
He prays to God to make their tenure a successful one to the entire southwest, the people of the state and Nigeria at large.
