In his welcome address, Prince Adeshina Olasupo appreciate the party leaders, members of the party for grace the empowerment programme.
According to him, "This empowerment is very much needed in Olorunda Local Government, bearing in mind the present state of the economy and it's our intention to use it as a means of bettering the lives of our people in the society.
He said, it's time we embark on massive investment in our people to enable them to support their families and create other jobs and opportunities in their communities."
The PSO who has helped a lot of people in the local government with fund to invest it in their business.
He promised that more empowerment programme will be roll out soon and it's for the benefit of the people of the Local Government.
He also urged the residents of Olorunda Local Government and the state at large not to relent in supporting Governor Gboyega Oyetola for second term so as to take the state to a greater heights in no distant time.

Evangelist Rasak Adeosun, Special Adviser to the governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, described the gesture as welcome development that will boost the moral and commitment of the members of the party to work effectively and efficiently for the victory of the party in any elections. He applauded the donor for his love for the people of the local government, he urged the party leaders to accept him to their fold and give him genuine support.
Baba Odebunmi, Head of the APC Leaders in Olorunda Local Government, commended PSO for remember his source by given back to the society, he reiterated the support of the elders towards him, he urged the people of Olorunda Local Government to support him so that more opportunities will be enjoy by the people. He also urged others to emulate him.
Alhaji Waheed Adediran member of the state Executive officer of the party, appreciate Prince Adeshina Olasupo for remember the committed members of the party and for contributing to the development of the party in Olorunda Local Government, State of Osun and Nigeria at large.
One of the beneficiaries appreciate the Prince Adeshina Olasupo for given them grant to invest in their businesses, she promised on behalf of other beneficiaries not disappoint him by using the money given to them wisely. She prayed to God to continue uplift Prince Adeshina Olasupo higher.
The event which also witness the decamp of two PDP members, Taiwo and Adegoke in Ward 05 Olorunda Local Government to All Progressive Congress (APC), the duo said they joined APC because the party is the people party who always concern with well-being of the masses and they had lost hope in PDP because is not a good party that care for the masses.
The occasion was grace by who is who in the society.
