The Rivers State Governor stressed that any problems would be resolved.
Rivers State Governor Siminalai Hubara on Wednesday expressed optimism that the political crisis involving him and his predecessor, Nyesom Wike, will be resolved.
He said there was nothing wrong with fathers and sons having problems, stressing that any problems would be resolved.
The governor spoke as the Chief of Defense Staff, General Christopher Musa, led a military delegation to the Government House in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
Mr Hubala reiterated President Bola Tinubu's commitment to peace and security in the country, especially during this month's off-season elections.
The Governor said: It's okay, no problem.
"If there is a problem internally, it will be resolved and everything will go back to normal.
"There is nothing wrong with fathers and sons having problems. I don't think so. Whatever it is, we will definitely resolve the issue."
