The Brave Women Progressive Association also Known as AKONI OBINRIN under the leadership of Evang. Matilda Farinde has honored the Ace Radio Presenter and Activists who is also the CEO of Agidigbo FM Ibadan, Alhaji Oriyomi Okiki Hamzat with a meritorious award of excellence.
The award was presented to the recipient on Tuesday in his office at Agidigbo FM Ibadan in marking the 40th year's existence of the Association, the award was bestowed on him in recognizing his tremendous contributions to the development of society and humanity.
In her address, the President of the Association Evang. Matilda Farinde applauded the Ace Radio Presenter for always standing for what is right and for his noticeable impact in his field of endeavors.
Matilda tasks Oriyomi Hamzat not to forget those in detention unlawfully, she urged him to support the association in releasing those in correctional service unlawfully because God is not happy about those who are detained in prison without any offense.
In his response, Alhaji Oriyomi Hamzat ably represented by the Head of Yoruba Contents, Aree Olabode Anisoloja, received the Award on behalf of his Boss, he commended the Association President and its members for their commitment and dedication to lifting the downtrodden people in society and protecting the rights of women in the society, he urged them not to relent in contributing their quota to the betterment of the society. He also appreciates the association for bestowing a meritorious award of excellence on Alhaji Oriyomi Okiki Hamzat and he promised that he will not relent in protecting the rights of people in the society.
