A political stalwart in Osun State, Hon. Olubukola Oyewo has congratulated the first interim Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Adebisi Akande, on his birthday.
Hon. Oyewo’s congratulatory message on the occasion of Pa Akande’s 85th birthday was conveyed in a statement he personally issued and signed in Osogbo on Tuesday.
The former federal parliamentarian joined all members of the ruling party in Nigeria, people of Osun, family and associates of the elder statesman in celebrating the virtues of selflessness and sacrifice he consistently projects.
He further appreciated the former governor of Osun State for upholding and advocating for a country that works for every Nigerian.
Hon. Olubukola Oyewo said Chief Akande’s rich experience in public service and politics will go a long way in helping the President Bola Tinubu administration to achieve its Renewed Hope agenda required for moving the nation forward.
He also hailed the astute politician over the launch of the Adebisi Akande Foundation.
The APC chieftain wished the celebrant better days ahead, good health and more strength to keep serving the nation.
