Ibrahim Yusuf, the groom, is the son of Alhaji Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe, the Otun Babaloja of Sasa Market, Osogbo, and his wife, Mrs. Yusuf. The bride, Hammed Aishat, was warmly supported by her parents, Mr. Hammed Sulaimon and Mrs. Hammed Sakirat, as the couple’s families came together to celebrate this important step in their lives.

The Imam also advised the parents to continue offering guidance to the young couple, drawing on their wealth of life experiences.


Following the sermon, the engagement ceremony unfolded with a festive atmosphere, featuring traditional music, lively dancing, and an overall celebratory mood. The bride, Hammed Aishat, was a vision of grace and beauty in her elegant traditional gown, while the groom, Ibrahim Yusuf, looked dashing in his classic Yoruba attire, a symbol of their commitment to honoring their cultural heritage.
