Eburu Fulfils Promise, Donates Six Computer Sets To NUJ

The Eburu of Iba, Oba Adekunle Okunoye Adeogun, has reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that positively impact on the society.

This was evident in his donation of six sets of computers to the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Osun State Broadcasting Corporation, OSBC Chapel.

The donation was made in fulfillment of the promise Oba Okunoye made recently, during his visit to the union's E-Library;  where he was inspired by the philanthropic efforts of Oba Oyelude Makama, the Olowu of Kuta Kingdom, who is the Life Patron of the union.

 

Oba Okunoye charged the union's leadership to utilize the computers judiciously.

In his word of appreciation , Chairman of the NUJ, OSBC Chapel, Comrade Lateef Agboola, expressed gratitude to Oba Okunoye for keeping his promise and assured him that the computers would be used effectively. 

The donation was received on behalf of the union, by Comrade Agboola at the palace of Eburu of Iba Oba Okunoye, supported by the General Secretary, Comrade Kamil Raheem, and Assistant Secretary, Comrade Oladapo Oyetunji, among others.

This gesture demonstrates Oba Okunoye's dedication in supporting meaningful initiatives and promoting the development of society.
