Hon. Prof. Siji Olamiju (Akol) has extended his warm congratulations to two distinguished politicians and former speakers of the Osun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ambassador Adejare Bello and Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye, on their birthdays.

He noted that they spearheaded the enactment of the Frigil Law, catapulting Osun to a model state in Nigeria. He also remark his stainless records as Nigerian Ambassador to Mexico.
On the other hand, Professor Olamiju commended Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye for his unwavering commitment to progressive ideals. He noted that Owoeye's rise from ward councillor to Assembly member and became an Osun speaker is a testament to his dedication to public service. Akol praised Owoeye for remaining resolute in his progressive values, even when faced with opportunities to defect to the ruling party from opposition.
