President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has celebrated Nigeria’s capital market as a vibrant beacon of reform and opportunity in Africa, spotlighting its robust growth and restored investor trust.
Speaking on August 27, 2025, during a meeting with leaders of the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and capital market operators in Brazil, Tinubu pledged to solidify Nigeria’s status as the continent’s leading investment hub.
“In just over two years, our markets have grown stronger, deeper, and more trusted, showing our reforms are working,” Tinubu declared.
