A prominent leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State and a former cabinet member in the administration of Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola, Prof. Siji Olamiju, popularly known as Akol, has sent a warm congratulatory message to his former colleague, Dr. Bode Olanipekun, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a statement released to the press through his media aide, Mr. Adebayo Temitope, Olamiju described Dr. Olanipekun as a good brother, a perfect gentleman, and a highly committed party man. He noted that their joint service in the Oyetola cabinet afforded him the opportunity to closely observe Dr. Olanipekun’s intellectual capacity and exemplary leadership, particularly in his handling of the Ministry of Commerce.
According to Olamiju, Dr. Olanipekun’s wisdom and administrative competence brought about tremendous development in the Ministry of Commerce and contributed significantly to the growth of Osun State’s economy during the Oyetola administration.
Olamiju prayed for Dr. Olanipekun’s continued good health, strength, and renewed energy to serve the people as he marks another milestone in his life. He wished him many more glorious years of celebration and impactful service.
