Hon. Sanya Omirin, member representing Ijesha South Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) on his well-deserved victory at the recently concluded governorship primary election/consensus affirmation of the All Progressives Congress in Osun State.
In a statement made available to the press, Hon. Omirin described the emergence of Oyebamiji as a clear affirmation of the confidence reposed in his experience, competence, and people-centred leadership by party members across the state. He noted that the transparent and credible conduct of the primary further strengthened internal democracy within the party.
According to Hon. Omirin, “This victory is not just a personal triumph for Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, but a collective success for our great party and all progressives in Osun. It reflects the will of party faithful who believe in continuity, stability, and purposeful governance.”
He commended members of the party for their maturity, discipline, and unity throughout the primary process, while also saluting other aspirants for their sportsmanship and commitment to the growth of the APC. Hon. Omirin urged all stakeholders to close ranks, work as a united family, and mobilise massively toward delivering victory for the party in the 2026 governorship election.
Hon. Omirin further assured Oyebamiji of his unwavering support and readiness to contribute meaningfully to the collective task of taking the APC’s message of hope, development, and good governance to every ward, community, and polling unit across Osun State.
