Alfera Technik, a newly launched Nigerian consumer electronics brand and subsidiary of Alfonso Group, has achieved a significant milestone with a global market valuation of $35 million.
The valuation reflects growing international investor confidence in the company’s vision, innovation capacity, and strategic direction within the global technology ecosystem.
Launched in Lagos in September 2025, Alfera Technik was established to design, develop, and manufacture high-tech consumer electronics tailored for African and global markets. The company’s rapid valuation growth within a short period of operation has drawn commendation from investors across multiple regions, positioning the brand as one of the fastest-rising technology ventures emerging from Nigeria.
Currently headquartered in Nigeria, Alfera Technik has announced plans to establish a major manufacturing facility in Ibadan. “This achievement reflects the commitment, expertise, and forward-thinking mindset of our team. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our customers, strategic partners, and early investors whose trust and collaboration have made this possible,” Dr. Adebayo stated.
He further emphasized that the company remains open to strategic partnerships with investors across the globe, highlighting that expanded investment will accelerate production capacity, job creation, and technological innovation.
Alfera Technik’s initial product lineup includes:
Smart Televisions starting from 32 inches

The company aims to deliver competitively priced, high-quality devices designed to meet international standards while addressing the unique needs of African consumers.
According to Dr. Adebayo, Alfera Technik’s long-term strategy is to build a globally competitive platform for Nigerian-made technology products.
“Our vision is to create products proudly made in Nigeria that can compete with international brands. Beyond profitability, we are focused on job creation, technology transfer, skills development, and strengthening Nigeria’s innovation ecosystem,” he added.
