The leadership and entire membership of the ALUBARIKA Movement extend profound appreciation to all leaders and stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress for the successful re-election of its Principal, *Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, PhD*, as the National Secretary of the party. This well deserved mandate is a clear testament to his outstanding performance, steadfast loyalty, and invaluable contributions to the growth, unity, and stability of the APC at the national level.
We specially convey our heartfelt gratitude to His Excellency, President *Bola Ahmed Tinubu*, GCFR, and the Vice President, *Senator Kashim Shettima* GCON, for their visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to strengthening party structures through the recognition of competence and merit. We also sincerely appreciate the collective support of the National Assembly Caucus, ably led by *Senate President Godswill Akpabio* and *Rt Hon Tajudeen Abbas* Speaker House of Representatives, as well as the APC Governors’ Forum, ably led by *HE Hope Uzodimma*, alongside all the national delegates, party leaders and critical stakeholders across the federation whose confidence and support made this achievement possible.
Our appreciation is most respectfully extended, to our revered leader and father, *Pa Abdulkareem Adebisi Akande*, for his enduring guidance and statesmanship. We also deeply appreciate the leader of the APC in Osun State, Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, *HE Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola*, for his steadfast leadership and support. We further acknowledge the invaluable role of the respected elders’ caucus (Igbimo Agba) ably led by *Engineer Shola Akinwumi* in Osun State,and the Osun State APC State Working Committee led by *Sooko Tajudeen Lawal*, for their strategic coordination and commitment which made this achievement possible. We also recognise the APC flag bearer in the 2026 Osun State gubernatorial election, *Alhaji Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji*, alongside all distinguished political leaders and stakeholders whose contributions were instrumental to the emergence of our Principal.
The ALUBARIKA Movement also recognises and appreciates families, friends, groups, associates, and well wishers who contributed in diverse ways to this success. We extend our special thanks to the Alawe and the Odofin Families of Osogbo for their unwavering moral support, who stood firmly throughout the process. This re-election is not only a victory for Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, PhD, but a collective triumph for all who believe in purposeful leadership, continuity, and progress. We remain committed to the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu 2027.
