Hon. Wale Opejin, a leading aspirant for the House of Representatives seat representing Irewole, Isokan and Ayedaade Federal Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has commiserated with the people of Ikireland over the passing of His Royal Majesty, Oba Olatunde Falabi Lambeloye III, the Akire of Ikire, who joined his ancestors at the age of 91.
In a heartfelt condolence message made available to newsmen, Hon. Opejin described the late monarch as a symbol of unity, wisdom, and cultural pride whose reign brought remarkable peace and development to Ikire and its environs. He noted that Oba Lambeloye III lived a fulfilled life dedicated to the service of his people and the preservation of Yoruba tradition.
The federal lawmaker hopeful, Hon. Wale Opejin further stated that the monarch’s death marks the end of a glorious era, stressing that his fatherly role, counsel, and unwavering commitment to community progress will be sorely missed. According to him, the late royal father’s legacy of humility, integrity, and compassion will continue to inspire generations.
