Eid-El-Adha 2026: Hon. Fajobi Olusanjo Fajoe Felicitates Muslims, Calls for Peace and Support for APC Ahead of Osun Governorship Election

Hon. Fajobi Olusanjo Fajoe, the Special Adviser to the Chairman of Egbedore Local Government and Convener of Aseyori Progressive Forum (APF), has extended warm greetings and heartfelt congratulations to Muslim faithful in Egbedore Local Government, Osun State, Nigeria, and across the world on the occasion of the 2026 Eid-El-Adha celebration.

In a congratulatory message made available to journalists in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, Hon. Fajoe described Eid-El-Adha as a sacred festival that symbolizes sacrifice, obedience, love, unity, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah.

He urged Muslims to celebrate the festive season with moderation, peace, and compassion, while also extending love and support to the less privileged members of society in line with the teachings and virtues of Islam.

According to him, the significance of Eid-El-Adha goes beyond merriment, stressing that the period should serve as an opportunity for sober reflection, prayers for national unity, sustainable peace, economic growth, and harmony among citizens of Nigeria and the global community.

Hon. Fajoe further called on the people of Egbedore Local Government and the entire residents of Osun State to remain steadfast in their support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its flag bearer ahead of the August 15, 2026 governorship election in the state.

He noted that voting massively for the APC candidate would ensure continuity of purposeful leadership, effective governance, infrastructural development, and sustainable progress across Osun State.

The APF Convener expressed confidence that the people of the state would make the right decision by supporting a government that prioritizes development, people-oriented policies, and democratic dividends for all.

While wishing Muslims a joyful and peaceful Eid celebration, Hon. Fajoe prayed that Almighty Allah would accept their sacrifices and acts of worship, grant them abundant blessings, good health, long life, and spare their lives to witness many more Eid-El-Adha celebrations in prosperity and happiness.

“May this sacred celebration bring renewed hope, peace, unity, and progress to our communities, Osun State, and Nigeria as a whole,” he stated.
