The entire leadership and membership of the Alubarika Movement warmly felicitate with the people of Nigeria at home and abroad as our dear nation marks its 66th Independence Anniversary. We celebrate the resilience, strength and enduring spirit of Nigerians, while reflecting on the sacrifices of generations who have contributed to the growth, unity and development of our great nation.
As a movement we also use this occasion to commend and congratulate His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, for his continued commitment to repositioning the country through the Renewed Hope Agenda. The administration has embarked on significant economic and structural reforms aimed at creating a stronger foundation for sustainable growth, investment, job creation and shared prosperity.
We acknowledge that meaningful national transformation does not come without difficult moments. Nations undergoing major economic restructuring and institutional reforms often experience periods of adjustment and sacrifice. What is important is the direction, the commitment to reform and the emergence of measurable signs of progress. Recent government-reported indicators point to improving economic conditions, increased foreign reserves, stronger investment activity and continued implementation of programmes designed to translate macroeconomic stability into opportunities for Nigerians.
The Alubarika Movement therefore calls on Nigerians to continue to believe in the possibilities of our nation and remain committed to the collective task of nation-building. The Renewed Hope Agenda is not merely about policies at the federal level; it is ultimately about building a Nigeria where businesses can thrive, young people can find opportunities, communities can develop and every citizen can look towards the future with greater confidence.
On this historic occasion, we salute the courage and resilience of Nigerians and reaffirm our confidence in the Nigeria project. We congratulate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and all Nigerians on this 66th Independence Anniversary.
