Osun Group, Ilerioluwa Vendors, commends NURTW's boss, Folorunso, over fulfilment of Oyetola's endorsement promise

The Osun largest sociopolitical Group, Ilerioluwa Vendors, dedicated to propagation of good governance in the state as exemplified by Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, has commended the Chairman of the South-West Zone and Osun Council of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, Comrade Olalekan Folorunso and the entire members of the NURTW over the governor's endorsement for continuity by the Union in Osogbo yesterday.  

As contained in a statement signed by the Secretary of the Association, Jimoh Olorede, the NURTW boss had on Thursday August 19, while featuring on 'Ilerioluwa Half-Hour', a weekly political enlightenment programme hosted by the Association, promised to organize a solidarity second-term endorsement ceremony for Governor Adegboyega Oyetola.

Commending Comrade Folorunso, the Director General of Ilerioluwa Vendors, Prince Dayo Babaranti in the statement, described the NURTW boss as a dependable and reliable ally in the developmental agenda of the state. 

According to the statement, "The Union leader's declaration of solidarity, and promise of open endorsement of the governor for continuity as a confirmation of same (solidarity) during his live appearance on 'Ilerioluwa Half-Hour' on the OSBC a couple of months ago, was after all not a hollow, hyperbolic expression". 

It further said "With Oyetola's endorsement for continuation of his good governance of the state by the road transport Workers yesterday, the Union has demonstrated a high level of commitment and dedication to the consolidation of democratic ideals engendered by Oyetola led government in the state".

The Association therefore, thanked Comrade Folorunso led Union, congratulated the governor and his cabinet members on good governance which propelled the endorsement, and urged Oyetola never to count his laurels, adding he should do more to earn more solidarities.
