In a significant show of support with unwavering commitment, dedication and determination, the good people of Olorunda Local Government on Friday May 23rd, 2025 welcomed with unprecedented enthusiasms AMBO Grassrooters, a support group comprising past and present Local Government Chairmen and chairpersons from 2017 till date, working for the actualization of the governorship ambition of Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji who is the current as the most credible, dependable and acceptable candidate considering avalanche of proven track records,sterling qualities and leadership credentials as the group took its consultation, sensitization tour and intellectual based engagements without bitterness and campaign of calumny in its quest for mobilizing total support, loyalty and level plain participation for AMBO electoral victory as the next Executive Governor of Osun State by God's Grace because God is permanently involved.
The LGA Party Chairman, Alh. Abdukabir Adepoju Ayattulah admonished party faithfuls to shun campaign of calumny, ensure party unity & cohesion,respect for internal democracy and promoting the true essence of progressivism for paradigm shift against all odds and inequalities especially policy summersaults and financial misappropriation that has been hampering rapid & holistic development,good governance, economic prosperity and sustainable development under the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) led by Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke.He lauded AMBO Grassrooters for its exemplary leadership and being worthy ambassadors of the All Progressives Congress (APC) stating that the group has demonstrated the core values of omoluabi ethos in its interactive engagements and sensitization tours with the ultimate objective of canvassing and mobilizing support for Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji.He was confident that sacking Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke from the Bola-Ige House required Unity,Reconciliation and forgiveness among party members during pre and post election period through sound, valid and verifiable political campaigns and unbeatable strategy.

Deji Agboola, Ex-Council boss Ede South LGA, who is also the State Coordinator of AMBO Grassrooters lauded our party leaders, Stakeholders,AMBO Unit & Ward Coordinators and relevant structures for the warmth reception and top-notch political solidarity exemplified by the good people of Olorunda Local Government .He affirmed that Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji is an enzyclopedia of financial literacy,discipline,human resource and strategic management who has carved a niche with distinction above mediocrity and political neophytes especially considering the plausible state of Osun State Treasury.He noted that Oyebamiji possess positive character with consistency, intensity,integrity competence, capacity, political willpower and dynamics to turn around Osun State fortunes for economic recovery,food security,employment generation, infrastructural renewal, social justice and ultimately good governance. Maaroof Ogundipe, Chairman Obokun LGA in his remarks extolled Oyebamiji's virtues as a decent and Godfearing politician, a financial expert with deep sense of responsibilities and responsiveness who has contributed immensely to the economic stability of Osun while he served diligently as Commissioner of Finance for two consecutive terms without any Anti-graft/money laundering cases albatross on his neck.
