Olamiju Urges Benedict Alabi, Famurewa to Rally Round APC.


As the sun shines brightly on another year of life for two distinguished Sons of Osun State, Prof. Siji Olamiju, a prominent leader in Osun APC affectionately known as Akol, joins the chorus of well-wishers in congratulating His Excellency, Mr. Benedict Olugboyega  Alabi, former Deputy Governor of Osun State, and Hon. Ajibola Famurewa, former Director General of Ilerioluwa and eSUBEB Chairman.


In a heartfelt congratulatory messages, made available to the press  through his media aide, Mr. Temitope Adebayo.  Prof. Olamiju reflected on the significant contributions of these two men to the political landscape of Osun State. "The narrative of Ilerioluwa politics would be incomplete without referencing the exemplary services of Benedict Alabi and Hon. Famurewa," he said.


Olamiju praised Alabi's tenure as Deputy Governor during the Oyetola administration, highlighting his intellectual prowess, integrity, and unwavering commitment to the government's ideals. "As my former Boss, I have immense respect for his leadership qualities and dedication to public service," he added.


Turning to Hon. Famurewa, Olamiju described him as a leader who has left an indelible mark on Osun politics. "During his two terms in the House of Representatives, he empowered youths and constituents, cementing his legacy as a champion of progress in Ijesa land and Osun State," Olamiju noted. "As my brother, I rejoice with you and wish you a long, fulfilling life, with many opportunities to serve the people."


As both Celebrants mark another year of life,and specific milestone at 60, he urged them to see the forthcoming elections as a critical test for the progressive family. "Let us rally around our party, APC, and work tirelessly to ensure victory in all elections, paving the way for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's re-election in 2027," he concluded.
