Prof. Siji Olamiju ,aka "Akol", a prominent leader in All Progressives Congress and former House of Representatives candidate in Oriade Obokun Federal Constituency, has extended his warmest congratulations to Hon. Ayo Omidiran and Eludayo Eluyemi on their appointments as Executive Chairman and Commissioner of Federal Character Commissio,FCC.
In a statement released to the press in Osogbo, Osun State, Akol praised Strong leadership of Hon. Omidiran ,who he fondly calls "Mama SWAGA". " I remember working closely with you as the Coordinator of Obokun/ Oriade Federal Constituency for South West Agenda for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (SWAGA) while you were the State Coordinator for the successful movement.
According to Prof Olamiju, an Esa-Oke born politician and Frontline healthcare practitioner said Hon. Ayo Omidiran, a former member of the House of Representatives is a bi-constituent (Ikire and Osogbo), mature, courageous politician and dedicated public servant who has consistently demonstrated her ability to serve humanity.
Akol expressed confidence that Omidiran would make significant contributions to the nation's development, leveraging her experience and expertise to drive positive changes enveloped in the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu.
He also commended Hon. Eludayo Eluyemi, a consistent politician from Ile-Ife, for his integrity and commitment to societal well-being. He noted that Eluyemi's pedigree and integrity would be invaluable in driving national development.
In his congratulatory message, Akol urged both appointees to view their roles as opportunities to leverage their expertise and experience to develop the nation and Osun State.
