Senator Fadahunsi Applauds Tinubu’s Support for MSMEs at Inauguration of Cross River Aircraft and ICT Hub


Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi, representing Osun East Senatorial District and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Industry, recently participated in a notable event alongside Vice President Kashim Shettima and Governor Bassey Otu. 

The occasion marked the inauguration of two new aircraft for the Cross River State Government and the launch of an ICT hub/library aimed at empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). 


This event reaffirms the Bola Tinubu administration’s dedication to economic diversification under its Renewed Hope Agenda.

Senator Fadahunsi highlighted the vital role MSMEs play in the administration’s economic plans, identifying them as key drivers of poverty alleviation, job creation, and sustainable development. 

He praised President Tinubu’s focus on grassroots enterprises and emphasized the government’s intentional approach to using MSMEs as a bridge to connect policymakers directly with job creators and innovators.

In his remarks, Senator Fadahunsi stated: “I commend President Tinubu’s steadfast commitment to grassroots enterprises. This administration is intentional in delivering results, using platforms like MSME to connect the Federal Government directly with job creators, innovators, and community visionaries.”


He underscored the practical nature of the government’s support, emphasizing direct engagement with small business owners to tackle their challenges through real solutions rather than theoretical or wishful approaches.
