Prince Bola Oyebowale, FCA, ACTI, MMP, Executive Board Member of the Osun State Internal Revenue Service (OIRS), has applauded the Executive Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, for the official launch of the Osun Security Trust Fund, describing it as a timely and strategic intervention to strengthen the state’s security framework.


In a statement issued following the launch event held on Thursday, Prince Oyebowale praised the Governor for demonstrating visionary leadership and a deep commitment to the protection of lives and property across Osun State. 


He noted that the Security Trust Fund, which had remained dormant under previous administrations, has now been revived through decisive action, signaling a renewed focus on public safety.


According to Oyebowale, the initiative represents a critical milestone in enhancing collaboration between government, security agencies, and stakeholders, thereby improving the overall security architecture of the state. 


He emphasized that Governor Adeleke’s proactive approach reflects genuine concern for the wellbeing of citizens and aligns with global best practices in community-based security funding.


“Governor Adeleke has once again shown that responsive governance is possible when leaders prioritize the needs of the people. The launch of the Osun Security Trust Fund is not only commendable but also essential in addressing emerging security challenges,” he stated.
