"I Don Go Beg Am, E No Gree. I Don Beg Am Taya" — Woman Allegedly Begs Ex-Husband To Sign UK Immigration Documents After Divorce

According to reports making rounds online, a woman who was allegedly brought to the UK by her husband reportedly filed for divorce after a misunderstanding in their marriage.

However, after the separation, she allegedly realised her immigration process had not yet been fully completed and reportedly reached out to reconcile with her ex-husband so he could sign some documents connected to her residency status.

In many UK spouse visa situations, the sponsoring partner’s cooperation and signature may still be required to prove that the marriage is genuine and ongoing before permanent residency or citizenship can be approved.

Reports claim the man refused to sign the documents, a situation that could allegedly affect her chances of remaining in the UK if her immigration status is still tied to the marriage.
