Afolabi Eulogises Massive APC Turnout, Charges Canvassers to Deliver Victory for Oyebamiji

The Chairman of the Ifelodun, Boripe and Odo-Otin Federal Constituency APC Governorship Campaign Council, Hon. Wale Afolabi, has commended the massive turnout of party members during the inauguration of the ward-by-ward campaign tour and the inauguration of 30 canvassers across Wards 10, 11, 12 and 13, describing it as a clear demonstration of the commitment, unity and readiness of APC members to secure victory in the August 15 governorship election.

Speaking during the inauguration, Hon. Afolabi charged the 30 newly inaugurated canvassers to embark on aggressive grassroots mobilisation across their respective polling units and wards to ensure overwhelming support for the APC governorship candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO).

According to him, Oyebamiji remains the best candidate for the job, possessing the experience, competence and vision required to move Osun State forward through purposeful leadership and sustainable development.

Hon. Wale Afolabi also criticised the present Osun State Government, alleging that it has failed to meet the expectations of the people in critical areas such as infrastructure, employment opportunities, citizens' welfare and overall governance. He maintained that the people of Osun are yearning for a government that will prioritise development, transparency and the welfare of the people, adding that the APC offers a credible alternative capable of restoring progress and prosperity to the state.

He called on party faithful to remain united, peaceful and committed throughout the campaign period, stressing that victory can only be achieved through dedication, hard work and massive voter turnout on election day.

The campaign train was accompanied by prominent APC leaders, including Hon. Moshood Oluawo Ekerin of Ikirunland; Hon. Ibitoye Adeniran Felix, popularly known as KLM, who serves as Secretary of the Federal Constituency Campaign Council; Hon. Kola Akanji; Hon. Yinka Ajayi, a former member of the House of Representatives; and several other party leaders and stakeholders, all of whom reaffirmed their commitment to delivering a resounding victory for the APC in the forthcoming governorship election.
