Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe, the Otun Babaloja of Sasa Market Oke-baale Osogbo and State of Osun Chairman of Prayer Warriors, was on Saturday 2nd of October, 2021 honoured with an Islamic Award by the Hammed Omidiran Central Mosque, Sasa, Oke-Baale, Osogbo, he was honoured with the Islamic award due to his contributions to the Mosque, society, humanity and the development of Osogbo, state of Osun and Nigeria at large.
The Chief Imam of Hammed Omidiran Central Mosque, Alhaji Adamo Adunmo, described the award bestowed on Alhaji Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe as a round peg in round hole, due to his contributions to the upliftment and development of the mosque.
In his own remark, the Ataoja of Osogbo, HRM Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Abidemi Olanipekun (Larooye II) applauded Alhaji Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe for his contributions to the society in his own capacity and capability which has earned him these remarkable award, he urged the people in the society to use Alhaji Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe as an example by contributing their own quota to the society and the society they contributed to we remember them one day.
In his speech, Alhaji Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe, Commended the Hammed Omidiran Central Mosque leadership for bestowed on him the remarkable award, he promised not to relent in contributing to development of the mosque, society, humanity, Osogbo, State of Osun and Nigeria at large. He also commended the Governor of the State Alhaji Adegboyega Isiaka Oyetola for providing adequate security for citizens and residents of the state.
He also donated uniform to the Quranic students in the mosque
In the same vain, Alhaji Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe appreciates the support of HRM Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Abidemi Olanipekun (Larooye II) for his fatherly role and for find time out of his busy schedule to present at the event and other dignitaries present at the event, the Iyaloja of Sasa Market, Chief Mrs Adijat Sapete, Comrade Yusuf Idowu Abass, Mr Atukale Abduljelil, Eketa and Ekerin Iyaloja of Osogboland, G-15 and Sasa Youths.
