The immediate past legislator for Osogbo Federal Constituency, Hon. Olubukola Oyewo, has commended the State Executive Council of the All Progressives Congress in Osun for confirming Sooko Tajudeen Lawal as substantive Chairman of the Chapter.
In a communiqué personally signed and issued on Tuesday in Osogbo by Hon. Oyewo, the former federal lawmaker described the new Oṣun APC helmsman as a dynamic, articulate and experienced politician who has done a lot to ensure the growth of the party chapter.
According to the statement:" I wish to extend and express my heartfelt congratulations to our amiable leader, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, on your confirmation as the substantive Chairman of the APC in Osun by the State Executive Council.
"Certainly, our great party needs a dynamic, articulate, committed, and experienced politician like your humble self to continue the good work of taking Osun APC to greater heights.
"The state chapter deserves a personality like you with vision and passion to complement the 'Renewed Hope' agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and reclaim political power in Osun State in the next governorship poll.
"Your confirmation as substantive Chairman clearly reflects the wishes of all loyal party members. Having served as acting chairman of the party before now, you have proved your remarkable leadership skills, and I have no doubt that you will perform even better in this role.
"May God guide you to achieve success in the task ahead.
