Osun Amotekun Corps Commander, Omoyele Mourns the Passing of Oba Aromolaran


Dr. Hon. Adekunle I Omoyele, Corps Commander of Osun Amotekun Corps, has expressed his condolences to the Oloris, children, and people of Ijesaland over the demise of the paramount ruler, Owa Obokun Adimula, Oba Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran.

Oba Aromolaran passed away on Wednesday at the age of 86, and his demise was formally announced by the palace chief.

Omoyele praised the late monarch's virtues, including his academic achievements and vast knowledge, which led to significant developments in Ijesaland, Osun State, and Nigeria during his reign. 

He acknowledged Oba Aromolaran's role in the creation of Osun State from the old Oyo State and noted that his legacy will be remembered forever.

The Corps Commander prayed for God to grant the deceased's family the strength to bear the loss.
