APC Confident Of Victory In Future Osun Elections - Bode Olaonipekun

Dr. Bode Olaonipekun, former Osun Commissioner for Commerce, Cooperative Industry and Empowerment, expressed confidence that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will regain its mandate in the state.


He made this assertion on Rave FM's Oro Oselu program in Osogbo, noting the party's thoroughly preparing for the 2025 local government elections and future polls.


Olaonipekun criticized the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSIEC) under Barr. Hashim Abioye for its bias. He assured that the law will take its course regarding the APC's filed case against the electoral body.


He emphasized on  Alh. Gboyega Oyetola's leadership role in the party and his hold on the gubernatorial ticket.


Olaonipekun dismissed recent APC defections as "staged," asserting that genuine progressive members would never join the opposition. He urged citizens to remain calm, trusting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's efforts to alleviate the country's hardships.
