APC Switzerland Chairman, Amb. Adebayo Alfonso, Condoles with President Tinubu and Nigerian Army Over the Death of COAS Lagbaja
The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Switzerland Chapter, Amb. Adebayo Alfonso, has expressed his deepest condolences to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Nigerian Army, and the entire nation following the tragic passing of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Lagbaja.
Amb. Alfonso, in his message of sympathy, described the late General Lagbaja as a patriotic and dedicated leader whose life was marked by an unwavering commitment to the service of Nigeria. He hailed the late COAS for his role in ensuring the security and stability of the country, particularly during challenging times.
"I join the President, the Nigerian Army, and the people of Nigeria in mourning the untimely loss of a distinguished officer and a true patriot, General Lagbaja," Amb. Alfonso stated.
