The *Association of Real Estate Managers and Consultants (AREMAC)* is set to host a one-day capacity-building training program for its executive members in Osogbo, Osun State. The event, themed *“Roles and Responsibilities of a Leader in an Organization Strategic Management and Decision Making,”* aims to strengthen leadership effectiveness and strategic thinking among the association’s leadership team.
The specialized training will be facilitated by renowned leadership consultant, *Mr. Tunde Omole*, who will deliver insightful sessions on leadership roles, critical decision-making, and strategic management tailored to the unique challenges of leading professional organizations.
The session will take place at the *AREMAC Secretariat, Capital Junction, Osogbo*, and will bring together the association’s executive leadership for an intensive knowledge-sharing and capacity-building experience.
Speaking ahead of the event, *Mr. Abiodun Olowoporoku*, President of AREMAC, emphasized the importance of investing in leadership development as a pathway to institutional growth. “This training is focused on empowering our executives with the skills and vision needed to lead effectively. A well-trained leadership team will always reflect positively on the entire body,” he said.
He encouraged all executives to attend, noting that the lessons gained will enhance internal coordination, strengthen the association’s structure, and improve engagement with members.
