FIFA has officially opened a third and final disciplinary proceeding against the South African Football Association (SAFA) 🇿🇦 and Bafana Bafana midfielder Teboho Mokoena.
In a letter dated 15 September, FIFA confirmed that the case has been referred to the Disciplinary Committee. SAFA and Mokoena now have 6 days to respond.
