A 33-year-old woman, Ifeoma Ossai, has been arrested by police in Ogun State following the death of her 50-year-old landlord, Monday Surulere Oladele, after a dispute reportedly turned violent.
According to reports, the incident occurred during an argument over electricity bills between the tenant and her landlord. The disagreement allegedly escalated into a physical confrontation.
Witnesses said that during the struggle, Ossai allegedly grabbed Oladele’s private parts and squeezed his testicles. He reportedly collapsed moments later.
The victim was said to have died shortly after the incident.
Police authorities confirmed that Ossai has been taken into custody on suspicion of murder, while investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.
