"I remain in APC"- Alhaji Yekini Balogun Clears Air over rumoured move to PDP

Contrary to rumour making the rounds in some quarters, a chiefain of the All Progressives Congress APC in Ward 5, Ekosin, Hon Yekini Balogun, popularly known as YK has denied dumping the APC for the PDP.


Alhaji Balogun gave the clarification when a team led by an Elderstatesman, Baba Shuaib Oyedokun visited him on Friday, 20 September, 2024. Baba Oyedokun was accompanied by the party chairman in Odo-Otin local government Area, Alhaji Jimoh Aasa, the chairmanship candidate in the forthcoming election, Surv Oluseyi Oke, the councillorship candidate in Ward 5, Hon Yinka Afolabi. 


Others are Hon Fatai Ikeola, Engr Adeniran Kilomodemo Ibitoye, Hon Adepoju Oladele (Iko), Hon Ademola Ogunlade (Demly), Hon Funso Timothy, Hon Sanjo Soladoye, Hon Musliu Aliyu, Hon Taofeek Suberu (Assignment, Hon Taju Atoyebi, among other stakeholders.
